CONDITIONS DE FONDS POUR CONTRACTER UN MARIAGE

Bonjour,

J'aimerais poser une question sur les emp�chements � mariage entre certains parents �nonc�s dans le code civil (articles 161, 162 et 163 au chapitre du mariage).

Est-ce que les mariages sont autoris� par la Loi fran�aise ? Existe-t-il une jurisprudence � ce sujet ?

Le code civil n'interdit pas ces unions. Et il semblerait que des cousins germains se soient effectivement mari�s sans avoir recours � des dispenses. Mais j'ai remarqu� qu'en r�alit� les opinions divergent de nos jours.
