AOL m'empêche de répondre à ceux qui me contactent... que faire ? <br /> ______________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> Depuis plusieurs mois je ne peux pas répondres aux clients ayant une adresse <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>. <br /> <br /> J'ai consulté les forums et je vois que je ne suis pas le seul. <br /> <br /> Comment cela peut-il exister, en plus de la part d'un fournisseur aussi important ? <br /> <br /> AOL peuvent-ils s'ériger en censeur, sans aucune intervention de la justice ou de l'opinion et pire, sans que nos correspondants ne le sachent, nous jugeant ainsi responsable et négligeant de ne pas leur répondre ? <br /> <br /> Si j'ai bien compris, ils bloquent carrément des noms de domaines entiers comme tiscali ou autre... c'est une histoire de fous. J'espère que je me trompe dans mon interprétation... car si c'était vrai, il y a quelque chose de cassé sur notre planète. <br /> <br /> Ils portent ainsi un préjudice financier grave aux petites entreprises comme aux relations entre particuliers. <br /> <br /> Dites-moi que j'ai tord ! <br /> <br /> J'ai passé ma matinée à chercher, à vouloir comprendre ce qu'il se passait... <br /> <br /> J'ai perdu plusieurs affaires... et de ma crédibilité auprès de clients qui ont la mauvaise idée d'être chez aol et qui croient que je néglige de leur répondre. <br /> ______________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> Le minimum serait que nos correspondants sachent que nous ne pouvons pas leur répondre à cause d'AOL, mais comment faire puisque nous ne pouvons pas les contacter ? <br /> <br /> Même l'assistance AOL ne peut être joindre puisque leur adresse est aol.com. <br /> ______________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> N'ont-ils n'ont rien trouvé de mieux pour supprimer le spam que de supprimer le courrier pour ceux qui travaillent avec internet ? <br /> <br /> *** Je précise que je n'envoie pas de spam mais un courrier mensuel à quelques milliers de correspondants qui ont pris l'initiative de me contacter au préalable.
