usage d'images "voles"

[rik]

Pour illustrer le catalogue en ligne d'un producteur de voyages, je souhaiterais utiliser des photos scannes dans des publications (magazines ou livres) ou trouves en ligne.
Si la photo est fortement MODIFIE (lments du dcor supprims ou ajouts etc...) par logiciel de retouche, ai-je le droit de la placer sur mon site ou cela ne change-t-il rien ?

[laurence]

Je pense que ce qu'il faut, c'est qu'on ne reconnaisse pas l'image de dpart. Donc beaucoup de modifications sont ncessaires.

[rik]

merci pour cette raction. Je cherche cependant des termes officiels et lgaux, car bien que le fait d'apporter une grande quantit de changements ne me rebute absolument pas, je voudrais savoir si cela en vaut la peine ou si je reste dans une position illgale (que je souhaite viter).

Bonjour

Ces photos que vous pensez utiliser sont sans doute protgees par copyright. Or la modification d'une oeuvre d'autrui est illegal et s'il y a en plus publication sans autorisation l'infraction est double. <br /> <br /> Rflchissez un peu ! Que penseriez-vous si quelqu'un prend une oeuvre que vous avez cre, un texte, un livre, un tableau, une photo, une chanson, etc., la modifie ou la dguise et la publie sans votre autorisation ? <br /> <br /> Votre seule chance est d'obtenir l'autorisation. Mais je ne crois pas qu'on vous accorde la moindre autorisation de modification. <br /> <br /> Cordialement <br /> <br /> Perfago <br /> >Pour illustrer le catalogue en ligne d'un producteur de voyages, je souhaiterais utiliser des photos scannes dans des publications (magazines ou livres) ou trouves en ligne. <br /> Si la photo est fortement MODIFIE (lments du dcor supprims ou ajouts etc...) par logiciel de retouche, ai-je le droit de la placer sur mon site ou cela ne change-t-il rien ?</span><span class="gensmall"></span></td> </tr> </table></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="row2" width="150" align="left" valign="middle"><span class="nav"><a href="#top" class="nav">Revenir en haut</a></span></td> <td class="row2" width="100%" height="28" valign="bottom" nowrap="nowrap"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" height="18" width="18"> <tr> <td valign="middle" nowrap="nowrap"> <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript"><!-- if ( navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase().indexOf('mozilla') != -1 && navigator.userAgent.indexOf('5.') == -1 && navigator.userAgent.indexOf('6.') == -1 ) document.write(' '); else document.write('</td><td> </td><td valign="top" nowrap="nowrap"><div style="position:relative"><div style="position:absolute"></div><div style="position:absolute;left:3px;top:-1px"></div></div>'); //--></script><noscript></noscript></td> </tr> </table></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="spaceRow" colspan="2" height="1"><img src="templates/subSilver/images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="1" height="1" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td width="150" align="left" valign="top" class="row1"><span class="name"><a name="10565"></a><b>katsoura</b></span><br /><span class="postdetails">Invit<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /></span><br /></td> <td class="row1" width="100%" height="28" valign="top"><table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tr> <td width="100%"><a href="viewtopic.php?p=10565&sid=692e6f4e9883570c4392b28738333a33#10565"><img src="templates/subSilver/images/icon_minipost.gif" width="12" height="9" alt="Message" title="Message" border="0" /></a><span class="postdetails">Post le: Dim Mai 16, 2004 9:44 am<span class="gen"> </span>   Sujet du message: RE: RE: usage d'images</span></td> <td valign="top" nowrap="nowrap"><a href="posting.php?mode=quote&p=10565&sid=692e6f4e9883570c4392b28738333a33"><img src="templates/subSilver/images/lang_french/icon_quote.gif" alt="Rpondre en citant" title="Rpondre en citant" border="0" /></a> </td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2"><hr /></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2"><span class="postbody">Bonjour, je ne suis pas un expert mais j'ai eu des cours de droit d'auteur dans ma formation d'infographie.
